As a litigator, Itamar led teams of lawyers and represented large commercial entities in complex and varied legal cases, among them shareholder disputes, wills, estates, contractors, real estate, professional liability, securities, corporations, administrative law, and class actions.
As a commercial lawyer, Itamar represented corporations and business people in wide-ranging transactions across multiple branches of the Israeli economy, amounting to hundreds of millions of Israeli shekels.
Itamar’s grasp of, and expertise in, two different legal fields, and his ability to examine matters both from a litigation perspective and from a commercial perspective, allows him to provide his clients with professional, reliable, and broad legal services.
